Seaglass new high-rise at Bonita Bay average $1.6 million, 25 units sell in first three months
A new luxury high-rise tower – Seaglass at Bonita Bay – to be built. Since announced just a few months ago 25% of the building is reserved/sold at an average price of $1.6 million.
The robust luxury market fueled by an improving economy has been evident in the close-by Naples market as evidenced by ever increasing prices, record sale prices, reduced resale inventory, and the rapid growth of new developments and new construction throughout the area.
The Seaglass at Bonita Bay Tower will be like no other with an larger kitchens and an open concept theme throughout. Construction likely to begin in 2015 when sales reach 50%.
