“This is the second home I have worked with Bob on. First as the Seller, now as the Buyer. Bob is a first class professional in all aspects of the profession. He is very knowledgeable about Naples, Bonita, Estero etc. When we decide to buy a home in Naples we knew we would use Bob again. In fact, we called on a Wednesday, out of the blue, and he made himself available to us for Saturday morning and the whole weekend. We flew into town and Bob had numerous homes set up to visit. Bob can see opportunities that you might miss. And also point out issues for consideration as you get closer to making an offer. He knows the neighborhoods, the HOA’s, the tax information, etc. He studies the history of the homes for you. Bob guided us through all of the realtor stuff to consider and hooked us up with an Attorney for our closing. My wife and I highly recommend Bob. No question was too small for Bob to bring us up to speed. He is a professional, a “get things done” guy, and very easy to do business with.”
