Bob does it again! We just purchased a second home in Grandezza and working with Bob Pisa made it so easy. This is our second purchase in Grandezza as we bought a condo 3 years ago with Bob’s assistance. Bob provides so much invaluable information. He does his homework and knows what to look for in the contracts and paperwork. He knows great financing folks and even provided us with names and phone numbers of handymen, power washers, etc. And he went “to bat” for us on some of the fees the attorney was charging at closing. We appreciate Bob’s expertise and professionalism. We wouldn’t work with anybody else in South Florida!
