We felt very fortunate to discover Bob Pisa’s Website, after experiencing several failed attempts at short sales with other realtors. We found Bob to be a very knowledgeable person of the highest integrity. He knew what it takes to get a short sale completed and explained the process to us in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. He handled every aspect of the transaction for us. He always kept us informed and several times he convinced us to stick with the short sale process when we were about to give up. He was definitely right because we now own a beautiful townhouse in the community that we wanted, at a price we could of only dreamed of.
