Baby Boomers Drive Naples Golf Course Home Sales, Memberships Limited

A recent survey of thirteen popular golf course communities in the Naples, Bonita Springs, and the Estero area demonstrates a lack of open memberships available. The thirteen communities surveyed offer a total of 5,865 memberships. Of these, just 191 are available or a little more than 3%.

Last year Naples Golf Course Home Sales saw the first new golf course community come on line – The Esplanade Golf & Country Club in north Naples where single-family homes and coach home condominiums are available. The Esplanade is a bundled golf course community so membership is not an issue at all.

Also, now open for sales is the newest golf course community in the area – Bonita National – in Bonita Springs. Like The Esplanade, Bonita National is a bundled golf community. So new, the course is set to open on Thanksgiving and decorated model homes available to tour by the end of November.
